Welcome to the team Zara

We are delighted to introduce Zara Lewis, Frampton and Babel’s new HR Manager.

Zara started her career as an apprentice in the NHS where she stumbled across the HR function on an 'insight day’. That same week, a vacancy came up in the HR Assistant team and she hasn’t looked back since! Previously to Frampton and Babel, Zara was a standalone HR Advisor in a FMCG, leading a site of 150+ employees.

My approach is not just about policies and procedures; it's about bringing a human touch to HR, understanding that each individual is unique and that we all have an important part to play in the overall success of the business. When Zara’s not working, she spends time with her husband and their two children, walking the dog or procrastinating about booking a gym class! Zara loves to travel and lives for those memories. Finding joy in experiencing new places and cultures; mirroring her approach to HR - open minded, curious and always ready to embrace something new.
