Celebrating Pride Month at Frampton and Babel: Embracing Diversity and Inclusion

At Frampton and Babel, we are excited to celebrate Pride Month by embracing diversity and fostering inclusion within our community. This month, our depot will be adorned with vibrant pride flags, each symbolising the rich tapestry of identities within the LGBTQ+ community. Alongside these decorations, we are providing educational and awareness material to our colleagues as a reminder of the history of Pride, highlighting its evolution and significance today.

Our celebration includes a variety of engaging activities designed to bring our team together and deepen our understanding of what Pride means to us all. Staff members will share their personal reflections on Pride, offering insights into its importance and personal impact on their lives. These stories will be showcased throughout the month on our Yodeck communication platform, fostering a sense of connection and appreciation for our diverse experiences.

To add some fun and colour to our celebrations, we will be hosting a colourful dress to impress day, encouraging our colleagues to 'dress down' and express their individuality through vibrant attire. Additionally, we'll come together for a colourful baking day, where creativity and camaraderie will take centre stage as our colleagues will bring in their delicious colourful treats to share with one another.
